Ultra-Compact Biomedical PCBA
Engineered an ultra-low-power respiratory rate measurement device for an early-stage startup. Overcame extreme spatial constraints by designing a high-density, custom geometry (toroidal/donut) PCB with integrated chassis cutouts for battery placement — reaching the required component density with standard packages rather than BGA, keeping the board inspectable and reworkable.
Media Compliance Engine
Modernized a legacy web platform used for media-rights and sponsorship-compliance evaluation at a sports-media analytics firm. Integrated a computer vision pipeline to automate analysis, transitioning analysts from manual data entry to strategic verification (human-in-the-loop).
Autonomous UAV Pilot
Architected an edge-computing delivery drone platform featuring hot-swappable batteries and fully autonomous navigation. Engineered specific safety fail-safes for engine redundancy and optimized the chassis for a significantly reduced acoustic footprint compared to standard UAVs.
